What type of cassette is on a 2008 Raleigh Metro Pioneer LX?
I want to remove and overhaul one but it seems different to all the others I have looked at, it is a 7 speed shimano cassette and I think it should be threaded. But I cannot work out which tool to use from removal.
If it’s threaded, it would be a freewheel and not a cassette. Cassettes have splines. Freewheels simply turn on or off. See link below…
