MTB techs – 74deg. seatpost, 48-36-26 crank, derail???
KHS FR1500 frame, 74 degree seatpost, Shimano XT 48t-36t-26t crankset, XT M761 Derail totally doesn’t fit, I think it’s made for a 63-66 degree angle. I can adjust it to shift reliably, but the chain drags on the bottom of the derail in the 26T chainring. Lowering the derail makes it snag on the 48T. Anyone know a 34.9mm clamp derail (preferably xt level or so) that will work w/ a 48t top chainring & a 74 deg seatpost?
