I WANT TO GO TROLLINg!
I just boat a 19ft boat and i want to go trolling. i have two or three ocean rods with penn reels on them. I’m kind of an amature as far as fishing. what are some good rigs for trolling for stripe bass and blue fish? how about chunking?
if you don’t have any ocean experience then take a class before go’n out ,,, you can get killed quick out there!!! but I’m guna assume your only new to the fishing part so i think i can help,,
umbrella rigs are great for blues an stripers,,around rock lines and flats works best,,,also try big hair jigs, red and black or white and red, bounce them by ripping the rod up every 3 to 5 seconds,, heres a few links to stuff Ive had good luck with, good luck!!

chunking(using cut bait) is good when anchored,,,take a rod out for a seaworm rig off to the side to catch fluke/flounder while you wait for the sripers
