Does one email constitute harassment charges?
My sister in law was talking about me on face book. She did not use my name specifically but referred to a relative of hers as being a thief, her and her husband left some of their belongs at my house. In particular a fishing pole and tackle box, real old little tv and vcr combo, some other things that I never even seen. They left the fishing poles sit outside in the weather for over a month, they were eventually stolen and she was mad about it, so she went on face book and called me calling me a thief. So I decided to show her who the real thief was so I found a site that is public assessable and emailed her the court deposition from when she was charged and convicted of theft at a Walmart store. Now she is pressing harassment charges on me.
It doesn’t sound like you harassed her to me.Also she sounds insane!
