Abu Garcia Revo STX baitcasting reel?
I’m planning to get a baitcasting reel and I’m kinda interested in the Revo STX. But I’m still open to Daiwa and Shimano range which is around that price. Any recommendations? I’m just a beginner in baitcast reel, but I think it is better to get a good one as a long term ‘investment’. Any opinions or info?
I have been fishing with baitcasting reels for some 40 years and have tried just about every maker out there. I settled long time ago for Shimano Curados and they were all I used .
Then when the revos came out couple years back I purchased one to check out all the buzz about them and guess what …?
I took my curados and I sold em all, …and then bought revos that should tell you all you need to know about the revos…..lol smoothest reels around at the price point hands down…
I use them for all my applications minus my flippin outfits those are armed with 4600c also made by abu
