You’ve already got some good suggestions, (thumbs up).
Just want to confuse you further and add a couple more, (lol).
1. Penn, Slammer 560- Great feedback on this reel; not only on Bass Pro but other websites- http://www.basspro.com/Penn-Slammer-Spinning-Reels/product/96639/-902569
2. Fin-nor, OFS, (the 45 or 55)- These are built like a tank & can handle ANYTHING Inshore OR Offshore. Properly cared for this reel will last a lifetime. I highly suggest this reel- http://www.basspro.com/FinNor-Offshore-Spinning-Reels/product/89192/-1317043
3. Shimano, Spheros SP5000FB- These reels have the strongest drag in their class, (44lb’s). Having a good drag is vital to an Offshore Spinning reel.
Great waterproof drag! – http://www.basspro.com/Shimano-Spheros-Offshore-Spinning-Reels/product/103536/-1491646
Please check the descriptions & reviews of these. All of these reels have a solid reputation in the Charter fishing industry.
