The lake: Sangchris Lake in Sangamon County Illinois
Conditions: Cloudy, 65 degrees, We’ll be travelling in a boat at a rowing speed, and I’ll have my pole over the side of the boat in a rod holder dragging whatever bait is best?

Try a Woodchopper or an Amazon Ripper with Gamagatsu hooks and extra propellers. No telling what is in that lake and whatever it is it is gonna be big so you have to use big lures.
