Does the saltwater flush work?
Hi.. i want to try the saltwater flush.. i have the sea salt and all.. could u tell me how to do it and how u did it or if it worked for you? thank you so much.. plus, how much weight did u lose by doing it?
yes it works my husband and I do it once a year but make sure u have 3 days off work as u will be sick as the toxins leave your body u will feel flush its also important to drink a laxative tea b4 bed its a stool softener u can get it at the health food store I have a link for you the amount of weight lost doesn’t really mater you will lose weight but whats important it flushes out your body after i am done a lot of my problems went away such as allergies i quit smoking ect ect it is worth the time we do it for a week sometimes 2 u cant eat anything while on this its not just the saltwater makes u lose weight have to do the entire thing the salt water is gross but it will work 15 min to an hour any more ?’s just as or look up Stanley Burroughs or its called The Master Cleanse (Lemonade Diet) he has a book out about this diet u can look in any bookstore or use this link hope I have been helpfull
