ok so i want to go to the bass pro shop and buy my husband a good freshwater spin reel for chrismas (i only have $100.00 bucks) but i know nothing about reels so can you please tell me what would be good one for that price?
I was going to tell you the Pflueger President is probably the best you can get for the money. Bassmaster is right on in showing you this reel. I’ve met a few tournament anglers that use them. My brother owns one, and it is nice. I would never go spend hundreds of dollars on a Shimano reel when this reel is just as good. This reel cannot be beat, you get a whole lot more than what you pay for!
