what fishing reel should i get?
i really want the shimano saros. but i am on a budget. the shimano symmetry is a bit more affordable but the saros also offers a lot more for the money. if you have used both of these reels then what are your opinions is it really worth the extra 30 bucks for the saros?
The Shimano Saros F is well worth and much more for the money. With a solid 5/5 out of 32 reviews from basspro.com I’d really consider spending the extra $30. The Symetre is a good reel as well, but, IMO the Saros F is much, much better.
You may also look at the Pflueger President XT which is comparible to the Symetre but for an even cheaper price tag.
