fixing a Daiwa 7000c bail (vintage spinning reel)?
i have this reel but the bail is missing and i was wondering if a fishing shop will have a bail for it and put in on the reel. do i have to look for the certain bail for the reel ? or do they have a bail for my reel model?
also, do you think this is a good reel for saltwater pier and boat fishing?
First thing that you can do, is to contact the folks at Daiwa, ask them to send you a parts list for the reel in question & aa list of facilities that carries reel parts, then contact that facility & see if they have the part that you need.
