How good is the Shimano Baitrunner 6000D?
Also what type of saltwater fish can i land on it?
They have a great reputation! I’ve used them for Surf fishing and Offshore, (I’ve known some guys who love them for trophy Catfish).
They are great for trolling Offshore.
I’ve caught Kingfish, Mahi, Wahoo, Etc. I’ve also used them for “light-tackle” bottom fishing. (Although, in my opinion, they do have limitations as an Offshore bottom-fishing reel- you don’t want to hook into a monster Warsaw Grouper with one.)
They work well as a Pier/Jetty/Surf reel too.
