none of that is expensive gear. it is all pretty old. the best of the lot is the shimano SBA which l would love to take off of your hands.
the diawa regal-x was one of daiwa’s best offerings in it’s day. today, it would be a mediocre reel.
l used to have a tackle shop years ago. l still deal with used gear at swap meets and flea markets. l have built a rather substantial collection over the years. this is what l base my expertise of your tackle. from your brief description, none appears to be top of the line gear.
start with the daiwa or shimano reels. rod and reel combo, 20 to 35 bucks, depending on condition. those reels sold for right at $50 new, 35 years ago. the rest, $20 – 25 on a good day.
except the apis rod. l have no info on it, have no idea what it is, other than sounds like either a carp or surf rod.
