Surfcasting reels?
What do you think is the best surfcasting reel for a 10′ Penn Pursuit surfcasting rod?60-70$
I think the best reels for this type of fishing are the old style “wide spool” Penn’s, unfortunately they don’t make them anymore, as they now mostly have the thinner spools plus the anti- reverse feature, which I hate. Try to find one on E-bay maybe, you can cast a mile with these reels and I have no idea why they stopped making them.
